We offer a range of unit sizes to suit any need:

• 3m × 3m Lockable (9m²): R500/month (R600 with electricity)

• 3m × 6m Lockable (18m²): R850/month (R950 with electricity)

• 3m × 9m Lockable (27m²): R1,000/month (R1,100 with electricity)

• 4m × 9m Lockable (36m²): R1,150/month (R1,250 with electricity)

• 6m × 9m Lockable (54m²): R1,350/month (R1,450 with electricity)

• 6m × 18m Lockable (108m²): R1,700/month (R1,800 with electricity)

All units are available with or without electricity — electricity adds R100 to the monthly rate. Contact us if you are unsure and we will help you choose the right size.

Yes. M & M Storage Solutions has a full 24/7 security system in place to monitor and protect your belongings at all times. You also provide your own padlock so only you have access to your unit. Contact us via phone, WhatsApp or email at info@mmstoragesolutions.co.za for more information.

Yes. You will need to provide your own padlock for your unit. This ensures that only you have access to your storage space — no staff member can enter without your permission.

Our office hours are:

• Monday – Friday: 07:00 – 16:00

• Saturday: Closed

• Sunday: Closed

• Public Holidays: Closed

Our office hours are Monday to Friday 07:00 – 16:00. Gate access to your storage unit is available between 06:00 and 18:00 daily, giving you flexibility outside of office hours.

You can store household and office items, furniture, tools, jet skis, boats, caravans, trailers, trucks and cars.

You may not store hazardous materials, flammable substances, illegal items, perishable food, live animals or anything that poses a safety risk. If you're unsure, just ask us — we're happy to advise.
